This 1950's ranch-style home is located on the Historic B Ranch, a fully operating organic dairy, in the beautiful Point Reyes National Seashore. Sweeping ocean views are just beyond the dairy farm and within view of all front windows. Outstanding whale and bird watching opportunities abound.

This three bedroom home offers a full kitchen, two bathrooms, huge living room, and game/dining room that all look out onto Drake's Bay. King-size, queen size and twin beds make up the bedrooms. If more sleep area is needed a sofa folds out and two roll-away beds are available.

The home contains cooking utensils, plates, and silverware, drip coffee maker, linens and towels. Farm Stay will provide starter of hand and dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, kleenex and garbage bags, and spices. Television with Direct T.V. is available. Local and long distance phone calls included.

This Point Reyes Farm Stay vacation rental is located thirty minutes from Point Reyes Station and the nearest gas station. The nearest grocery store in located in Inverness - twenty minutes away.

Pricing and Policies

Price of stay is $300.00/night. (2 night minimum)

• $150.00 non-refundable cleaning deposit, and $250.00 damage and carpet security which will be returned 10 days after departure barring any damage to home, carpet, or breach of rental agreement.
• 25% rental deposit is due upon making the reservation. Entire rental balance is due 30 days before arrival. Deposits not paid within ten days risk cancellation.
• Cancellations made prior to 60 days before arrival are subject to a $25 non-refundable fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival require full forfeiture of rental amount unless home is re-rented.
• All rates are subject to 10% Marin County transient tax.
• Personal items, all foods and drinks (including condiments) will be provided by the renter.
• No pets, parties, smoking or firearms.
